  • Personal identification information (e.g., name, email address);
  • Financial and billing information;
  • Service usage data and preferences;
  • Device and browser information;
  • Log data and analytics information.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your activity. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly without cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Process transactions and send related information;
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the site and services;
  • Personalize your experience and provide recommendations;
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends;
  • Communicate with you about updates and new features.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Service Providers & Sub‑processors

We may share limited data with trusted third‑party service providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics, hosting) who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Our core sub‑processors include Hetzner (EU-based hosting and infrastructure) for storing and processing service data within the EU, and Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) for payment processing and tax/invoicing operations.

Payments (Merchant of Record)

We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record to process payments and handle invoicing, taxes, and chargebacks. In this capacity, Lemon Squeezy acts as an independent data controller for transaction and billing data. We share limited personal data (e.g., name, email, billing details, order identifiers) strictly for payment and compliance purposes. Card details are processed by Lemon Squeezy and/or its payment service providers; CIHub does not store card numbers.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

Third‑Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, or port your data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent) and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
